About the Role

Reliant is seeking a Sales Account Manager who will assist in managing our existing client portfolio and nurturing new relationships with prospects brought in by our Sales Account Executives and Partners. This motivated and detail-oriented candidate will oversee prospect relationships from the point of introduction and will visit prospect locations to assess IT environments, devise proposals and manage communications with the prospect until engagement. This candidate will also liaise with internal teams and current clients to discover additional projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop his/her skills in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relations on a fast-growing, dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture prospect relationships within the sales organization.
  • Conduct site walks at prospect locations to survey environment and determine needs.
  • Devise accurate and concise proposals for physical security, structured cabling, collaboration, and other solutions.
  • Design ongoing communications strategy for duration of prospect lifecycle.
  • Liaise with current client portfolio to assess evolving IT landscape and uncover future projects.
  • Track all activity and comms for prospect and client CRM through Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
